After years of honing my  management skills in the retail sector, I went to work for a leadership coaching consultancy, where my fascination with how the brain works and all things Neuroscience started.  Following a stint as a Learning and Development Manager for The Arcadia Group, and then Head of Learning for Gu Puds, I  started my own business and became a freelance trainer/facilitator and coach 

Since then, I have mainly been working with various sectors including -  automotive, manufacturing, retail, travel , professional football clubs  and not for profit organisations. 

My style is very much facilitative, as well as teaching and my USP is to make sure that the training/facilitation is useful, relevant and fits with the client's culture and brand ethos.
