Following 18 years in corporate life, involving various senior commercial roles and heading Training & Leadership Development functions within two major organisations, I founded One Point One in 2003. This business & development experience, together with an MA in Leadership Studies, allows me to connect well with those looking to develop their leadership skills.

My focus is delivering genuine excellence across a wide spectrum of leadership development initiatives, notably 1:1 Coaching relationships, Training interventions, and Seminar presentations.

Leaders have an enormous impact on performance and people, and it’s essential to support them in being the best they can be.
