Adrian Powell

As a qualified Football Association referee, I could probably say that my career could be summarised as a “game of two halves”. Early years developing my skills in customer relationship roles, whilst over the last 20 years, I have nurtured a passion for Organisational and People development, leading L&D teams to award winning success and working with a range of PLC clients, both in the UK and overseas.

My key areas of focus are; leadership development, talent identification, graduate development, board level facilitation, developing high performing teams, individual effectiveness and behavioural change.

As an accredited coach, I have also supported individuals and teams in achieving their goals, with particular experience working with senior leaders and executive teams.    I am proud that feedback from clients has mentioned the words “inspirational” and “life changing”.
