With a degree in business management and career background in business development, my last 10 years have been devoted to continuously advance One Point One as an internationally trusted L&D partner - I’ve relished every step of the journey.

In addition to my responsibilities as MD, my role spans the full project lifecycle, from consultation, design, delivery and evaluation, ensuring we fully embody our values at each stage. As an ILM level 5 certified professional coach, I’m passionate about helping people see the best in themselves. Whether guiding a team through change or supporting one-on-one transformation, I’m driven by the belief that the right support can quickly bring out the very best in people and workplaces.

As a keen drummer, my favourite quote is from Dave Grohl, “Buy an old drum set, get in the garage and just be terrible. Get your friends to come in and they’ll be terrible too. And then you’ll start playing and you’ll have the best time you ever had and all of a sudden you’ll become Nirvana.” It says everything about the impact of passion, dedication and practice.
