Kate Gibbs

​Having had an extensive career in all aspects of Leadership, Customer Experience, Change Management and HR, I find I can readily empathise with many of the challenges facing clients when partnering and coaching. I worked at an executive level within financial services for over 10 years and undertook international secondments to South Africa and France, so can appreciate the added complexity of working cross-culturally.
 
I facilitate and coach on a wide range of learning and development topics including Leadership, Customer Experience, Change Management, Coaching, Sales, Negotiation, Influencing, Stakeholder Management, Communication and Presentation Skills.

I am passionate about the challenge of motivating individuals to achieve their potential and to embrace both personal and professional change. We have all heard the saying “you miss 100% of the shots you never take” and I thrive on supporting others to take that leap of faith and believe in themselves.
