In my 23 years at One Point One, I’ve taken pride in supporting the foundations behind every strategic decision, ensuring we operate with clarity and confidence. As Company Secretary, my role spans the full breadth of the business — from brand image and values to operational oversight and strategic decision making.

My core passion, both professionally and personally is design and the spaces we spend time in; be it at work or at home. Thoughtful design transforms not just the space, but how people feel and function within it. For me, great leadership and great design are vey much attuned; both relying on balance, intention and creating a comfortable environment for people to thrive within. Steve Jobs, summarized this ethos perfectly, stating "Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works."
